By accessing and using the Automations Pro website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Automations Pro provides done-for-you website development, HighLevel CRM setup, automation systems (Zapier/n8n), and AI chat/voice agent services. All services are delivered asynchronously — clients submit requirements and we handle the full build.

3. Project Requests & Scope

All projects begin with a submitted project request form. Upon review, we will confirm the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing in writing before any work begins. Revisions are limited to the number of rounds specified in your chosen package.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified in your project confirmation. We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if payment is not received according to agreed terms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery & Timeline

We aim to deliver all projects within the stated timeline (7–14 days for most packages). Timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, content provision, or access to required tools. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. Automations Pro retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Automations Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available for completed deliverables. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
